I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZOLL Medical in Jul 2022
Interview
Met with varied members of the team and operations. Good interview slate to determine role and expectations. There were a few rounds but all interviewers were knowledgeable about the role. Overall very positive.

Interview
The interview process was extremely smooth and everyone was pleasant. The interview steps were: call with staffing recruiter, call with hiring manager, then an interview with 5 managers who the position would work closely with. The hiring manager kept me updated during the whole process.

Question 1
I was asked about my relevant experience and the typical real-life example questions (tell me about a time...).
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ZOLL Medical
Interview
Initial phone screen, next hiring manager, then several other people on later dates. Interviews conducted via Zoom. Each interview took 45 minutes- a lot to expect from candidates who are currently employed.

Question 1
Every person asked similar questions. Why do you want to work for Zoll. Very repetitive and a waste of candidate’s time.
Some inappropriate questions such as asking if the position will used as a stepping stone and if you expect to work for the company long term. Implies there is high turnover and lack of room for growth imo.
Position was posted as remote but many questions and concerns about the ability to build relationships as a remote employee. Again, not considerate of the candidate’s time.
