From the first call by the HR woman, I had a bad feeling about this place. It took two calls from her to confirm the details of my interview correctly, and she sounded completely disorganized. The day of the interview, she actually sent me away saying the hiring manager wasn't in that morning, and she wasn't available to meet with me right then - so come back in an hour. Which I did -- and then was told oops, the hiring manager was actually there. I guess it didn't dawn on them to call my cell phone and tell me to come back right then? She then brought me to an empty room to sit and apologize -- but did not tell me anything at all about the company, or do anything HR-like. When the interview with hiring manager and others was over, the HR woman was nowhere to be found. Definitely one of the stranger interviewing experiences I've ever had.
