FAKE JOB postings. A recruiter from Zoll with poor English reached out to me after I applied to do a screening. I asked her about the legitimatacy of the posting as it was posted more than a month ago on different platforms. She assured me that the reason it is been posted for so long is that they can't fill the position and couldn't find NO candidates with the FAR background. Again, she stated that there are no candidates identified for this position. She wanted me to have my interview with the hiring manager the following day or as asap. I told her I can't do the next day but will do next week. She immediately send me the interview invitation (which was weird that the hiring manager was available anytime like that). I did my interview with the hiring manager and after two hrs the recruiter reached out again that they would like to move me to a 4 hrs on site interview with all the team and then the VP. I took a whole day off of my job to go sit in a conference room for 4 hrs without a break meeting each one in the team including directors and supervisors. Them a meeting with the VP. After that two weeks of silence and when I reached out to the recruiter, she told me they are interviewing other candidates still but she stated before that there NO candidates and that's why it's been posted for so long. She said they are wrapping and will give me a decision soon. After another week she of course reached out to me to tell me they had to make a very hard decision and take a different route. What different route? I don't know. It was clear it's a set up for an internal promotion and it was just a fake posting to waste people time for their BS HR policy
Stay away from this company. Fake job listing and fake interviews to promote internal employees. I have been dragged for 4 rounds of interviews, including a 3.5 hours in person interview at their location in Chelmsford. They rushed me to do the interviews back to back while it was a set up for an internal promotion. They took the job listing down one day after my interviews and then ghosted me for two weeks after they were rushing me to do the interviews back to back. HR and hitimg managers will play the role very well to convince you that you are the only candidate and they will say it was hard to find candidates for this position and when you reach out for an update they will tell you they are interviewing other candidates. Very unethical and very devious. They keep posting positions that have been there for 4 or 5 months and claim they can't find the right candidates while in fa t they have the internal candidate and just trying to check the box of their unethical hiring policy.
