Overall a very smooth interview process with two rounds following phone screen. Both the rounds tested critical thinking, communication and analytical skills. The interviewers were respectful, professional and intelligent. One of the best interview experiences.

Did interview in both English and Japanese. After solving a case, we had an interview in Japanese. Self introduction, reasons of application, pros and cons of myself. Also, had a small case about optimization of elevator.
