I have to say, I've never experience disorganization like this before. Here is the series of events.
Day 0: Email from recruiter asking for times I have available to chat about role. Same day I respond back with some times available.
Day 5: After not hearing back, I email recruiter to check in to see if recruiter received my email.
Day 7: Recruiter final reaches back out to me via email and offers a time for us to chat. I decline the time and offer new time to chat, she declines and counters with a final chat time. I respond and accept time to chat.
Day 8: Recruiter calls (not the time we agreed to chat). I miss the call then call back to leave voicemail and re-confirm our time we agreed on.
Day 9: No call from the recruiter (time we agreed upon), so I email to schedule a new time to chat.
Day 12: Another call from the recruiter who left a voicemail saying that we were scheduled to talk at this time (we were not scheduled). I missed the call, because I wasn't expecting it, and did not respond back.
At this point, I just gave up. Terrible experience. I was interested in the company but after this experience, I wasn't even motivated to reach out to another recruiter or anything. As a candidate, I felt extremely unimportant.

Question 1
Being from a tech background they asked me why do i want to shift to consulting role
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
