I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ZS Associates (Pune) in Jun 2019
Interview
I had applied through the company's website. I was shortlisted and got a mail with the link of online test. The test consisted of 4 sections namely quantitative ability, data interpretation, logical reasoning and attention to detail, and verbal section. After clearing the test I was called for the interview almost a month later.
Initially, half an hour was given to work on a problem statement which had around 10 questions to be answered. The problem statement had a moderate difficulty level. Once the half hour was over, I was called for the first round of interview which lasted for 20 minutes. The questions were mostly related to problem statement with some basic hr questions on why did I choose this career option etc. Unfortunately I was rejected in the first round.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
