Their interview process has no structure. It is so random and if you get lucky you can make into it. Your problem solving and analysis doesn't even matter they just randomly pick up any candidates.

ZS Associates visited our college on june 31st and had conducted a virtual hiring test online(1st round). Where we had a total of 60 questions in 70 min and we had to upload a video of 90 seconds on the topic they gave(for us it was on what lessons the pandemic had thought us). Out of 400 applicants around 40 were shortlisted for the next round. The second was a different experience for everyone, as it wasn't technical. I had asked to solve a guesstimate(most probably asked based on your hobbies) and a Case study was given with pie charts, table, other information attributes, along with questions relating to them. The interview went for around 30 min, and after a week or so the results were declared of which 4 members were selected for the HR round.
