The Interview process was smooth, they had a case study round , followed by HR round. They focus on resume and skillsets and test your problem solving solving ability with guesstimates and situational questions.

After clearing online assessment and communication round,there will be 2 interview rounds
The first one is case study round in which they will give you a case study booklet and you have to solve . it will have some charts and graphs.Basically you have to do data interpretation
Then the next is EBI or HR interview round in which they ask generic questions like why zs,questions related to your resume,guestimates,puzzles

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
