The whole interview process was conducted in two phases, all being the elimination round.
Phase 1:
1. Apti round (40min 45ques)
2. Decision making ( 1 case study, 30 min 8 questions)
3. Video interview ( 10 sec questions reading 3 min answer recording, total 8 questions)
Phase 2:
1. Case study round ( 1 hr. 9 questions on business problems, mainly data interpratation) &

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
