Interview
I got placed in ZS Associates through campus placement drive, IIT Kharagpur. The whole process consisted of three rounds. Test and 2 interviews, one followed by another.
Test was a basic one, just checking your basic problem solving skills and managing situations in market.
1st round of interview was based on a case study and that can be cleared with some preparation forehand.
2nd round was HR interview. They'll throw questions at you one after another, trying to know your personality traits, not a single technical question.
Overall it went very well for me and I got the offer.

Being from a tech background they asked me why do i want to shift to consulting role
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
