Interview
The interview process was essentially a super day. As consulting firms go, it was on the easier end of interviews and as long as you are well prepared you should do well. Expect to discuss a project that you have worked on in the past in depth. There was a structured and unstructured case. And behavioral with a principal at the company. Make sure to do well on this because the principal has a lot of pull in the decision making.

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
