I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ZS Associates (Evanston, IL) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process was challenging, but ran very smoothly. The first round consisted of a 30 minute, typical behavioral interview and a 30 minute case interview. The final round consisted of another 30 minute behavioral interview, two 'unstructured' case interviews, and a typical case, in which you put together slides and present your solution. The recruiter and scheduling team were awesome to work with - they walked me through the process in a very professional, efficient way, answered my questions, and communicated with me promptly.
