Overall the interview I thought went well. Several people will talk and they will do a fairly thorough job of asking many questions - mostly behavioural. There was a panel of people who talked - some as long as 2 hours. They were pretty good about answering questions. Overall the interview process was smooth and they made good arrangements. The only thing is that after the interview they dont answer yes or no. I am not sure why the radio silence! From this silence, I am guessing that they went with another candidate but they should get back and say they already hired someone else.
