Had a phone interview set up. 15 minutes past when I was supposed to receive a call I get an email stating we needed to reschedule. Rescheduled for less than a week away and never received a call. Sent and email to confirm and check in and have heard nothing. If you aren't interested anymore fine but don't leave someone waiting and expecting a call.
