Was contacted by a Senior Recruiter and was told several times that I was a very strong candidate and had all of the experience and skills needed for the role. Was told I would hear from the employee who currently had the job in several days for the second round of the interview. Was then totally ghosted by the recruiter after contacting him via email, LinkedIn, and phone call.
