Was called for an in-person interview, it was very informal and pleasant. Was called back again for a phone interview with another manager a month later and hired two weeks after that.

Communication was great, expectations were set and met. There was a clear plan of what to expect for return calls and interviews were scheduled quickly. Made me feel very comfortable and able to expand on high points in past positions.

Interview
The interview was fine and everything sounded wonderful. When the job was offered to me, there was no room for negotiation. Be sure to ask for more than you want because they won't budge once they've offered you the job at the salary they offered you. Apparently they are also very strict when it comes to the hours they want you there, even though they say they aren't. I was ready to accept the offer even though there was no negotiation in salary, with just one request about coming in 15 minutes after they originally requested because I had to drop my son off at school in the mornings, so wanted to make sure if I was coming in 15 minutes later, it wouldn't be a big deal. I never heard back from them at all.
