Interview
I felt both the phone and in-person interview were both professional and comfortably laid-back. I never felt on the spot or under any undue pressure to dazzle with my answers, I was able to speak to what I knew, and I never felt like either of the interviewers thought any less of me when I was unfamiliar with a tech or practice that they'd asked about.

They were very interested in my experience with terminating various cable types, and wanted to know proper color-coding and order.

Interview
I interviewed at one location with 2 people took a tour and was sent to another data center closer to my house to check it out. Later had another interview with the data center manager closest to my house. After, following up for weeks on end and getting postponed I was finally ghosted with no answer yes or no.

Submitted my application online, waited a couple months, got a phone interview followed by an in person interview, got the job and started work the following week. Interview took forever to get scheduled due to spotty upper management at the time, but that got sorted months later.
