About 20 minutes into the interview the purchasing manager and director stopped asking questions. I could tell I wasn't going to get picked but they did not move to end the interview. I asked them a lot of questions about the role and the culture, and I finally said "OK, we can end there". They were looking to fill the role by mid-December, but I did not get an official email that I did not get the job until February.
