Interview
The recruiter was ten times more nervous than me. She seemed to have an excellent personality, though. Probably, at least what I sensed, the recruiters are not 100% aware of the company's needs. Or, to be a bit more pessimistic, I think the company does not have needs and does not seem to invest much on human talent.
