TL;DR: HR bombards you with untrustworthy feedback for weeks on end via phone calls, e-mails, and text messages. They simply vanished with no outcome after a screening process and three formal interviews. This would have been extremely disappointing if I had fully committed to this role as they expected.
A recruiter contacted me and asked me to complete a questionnaire.
The initial interview consisted of general questions and a brief live coding session.
The second interview focused on the candidate's background and some field-specific questions.
The third interview included a 30-minute presentation followed by 10/15 minutes of Q&A.
The interviewswere spaced 7 to 14 days apart. They were extremely pleasant, with plenty of time for discussion and questions.
Even if you think one of the interviews did not go well as expected, HR purposely keeps you engaged with no reason, and I quote: "This will be more a chat then an interview as we already think *** is a very strong candidate for this position", " you have been impressing the team", "the feedback form ***’s interview was very positive and we are intending on proceeding with an offer".
