I really enjoyed the interview process and it was fun
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zebra Technologies in Nov 2025
Interview
he interview had an online assessment followed by a technical round and an HR discussion. Questions focused on basic programming, problem-solving, project experience, and communication skills. The process was structured and straightforward
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zebra Technologies (Colombo, Western) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process itself was okay, 1 virtual interview and 1 face-to-face interview in the Zebra Colombo office.
However, after this, I was sprung upon the question of being asked about my previous salary slip and pay information. This is very unprofessional and
should not be asked from candidates. Salaries should be awarded based on merit, knowledge, experience and the job role/description.
I firmly mentioned that i will not share this info, and afterwards i was dropped from the selection process, which is very unethical and a complete waste of my time.
