company took over and fired all management for both dealerships, then interviewed our sales staff. The interview was less than five minutes each and was very quick. more a formality than anything else. they kept half of the sales staff for our store and fired the rest.

Sat down with management. Introduced to the staff. Tour of the facilities. They did a great job of making sure I was a good fit for the Auto Group. After the initial interview, met some of the staff out for dinner. Continued to get to know the core group of employees. Felt comfortable joining the team.
