Zelis Intake Agent interview questions

Was contacted by recruiter to schedule interview for position. Recruiter was nice and thoroughly explained position as well as duties and responsibilities associated with the job. Was informed that there was a physical location, however, my role would be primarily working from home unless staff from out of town came in.
