I was contacted by a Zelis recruiter that found my profile on LinkedIn. We scheduled a date and time to speak, during my phone interview, we reviewed my technical skills both as to how they directly correlated to my current job as well as the job Zelis had open, my background and experience and motivation for exploring new opportunities. We discussed in depth what the expectations of the role she was presenting so that I had a true understanding of what I would be doing on a day to day basis. Next steps were onsite interviews in their Florida office where I met with the direct manager for this role and the head of this division, I then took an in depth SQL test to gauge my aptitude within queries etc. The office was a great location, easy access, ample parking and the environment of people in the office were polite, personable, engaging and warm. I felt that the individuals I met with were sharp and dynamic. I am excited about this opportunity to become part of this company and so far the processing has been efficient, thorough and engaged...great candidate experience.
