The process took a long time. I applied in December of 2021 and got the offer March 2022 after three rounds of interviews. 1st interview was standard questions getting looking for the basics of my knowledge. 2nd interview was a technical interview. The set up a VM and a dummy exchange admin console to test my troubleshooting skills. 3rd interview was getting to know the support team. This was overall one of the best interviewing processes I have had so far, with the one exception of the length of the process.
