Zenith went the extra mile every step of the way during the onboarding process and went out of their way to make the experience as easy and rewarding as possible. A pleasure to work with from the start! The onboarding process consisted of an informal telephone interview with Zenith's HR recruitment manager followed by a online interview with the Zenith Automation Engineering team.

The hiring process went smoothly for me. I interviewed during the COVID-19 pandemic in the summer of 2020, so my interviews were all through video. I first had a phone screening conversation with the recruiting manager who reached out to me. I then had two separate video interviews with my direct manager and the project manager for the initial assignment they had in mind for me. The interviews were very focused on getting to know me, where my interests lie, and how my experience in a different industry could relate to Zenith. The whole process took about 3 weeks and I was given an offer which I accepted. I've been working here since August 2020, and have had a very positive experience so far.
