The recruitment process after that was well organised and communication from the recruiter was clear and professional throughout. The recruiter took the time to explain the interview process, salary range and expectations for the role. Although I wasn't progressed after the recruiter interview, I appreciated that they closed the loop promptly rather than leaving the application open or ghosting me. Even though this came through an automated message.
