I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zepz in Sep 2023
Interview
I worked with Dylan Mistrello (talent acquisition), and he facilitated the whole process. Dylan made an effort to keep the conversation casual and comfortable, which was a breath of fresh air. He was responsive throughout the process and gave me great tips (e.g. example questions) that helped me refresh my knowledge at the various stages. Finally, he helped expedite the process, since I was expecting multiple offers.
First interview was a 30-minute directly with Dylan and included my background and a couple of Java questions. Second was a 30-minute deeper dive into Java language keywords, constructs, and design patterns. Third was a timed Qualified platform test with three parts: a debugging question, a schema design question, and a programming task. Fourth was a 60-minute coding interview with an engineer. Included questions about software design principles, architecture, and a fairly simple coding problem. Last was a 30-minute with an engineering manager. This was basically a behavioral interview focused on a single project, and some additional behavioral questions around culture.

Very friendly people. I introduction, soft questions about my previous experiences. Then a series of tech questions. At the end I had an opportunity to ask about the company and the technology used.
