Process took 2 weeks. Applied online and I received a telephonic screening call - it was more of an ambush because I started getting interviewed telephonically with no prior meeting set up. I just happened to answer a random phone call, only to realise it’s from Zepz. Anyway that went well, recruiter gave me tips on what to look out for in the next round. Second round - Interview with direct management, got to learn more about the job position and what would be required from me. Was interviewed by 2 people - 1) Case study based questions 2) More technical questions. That also went well. Final round with the director of reporting and data - It was more of a culture fit interview. Nothing too hectic. Throughout the entire process, the recruiter would call to check up on me and give me feedback. Kept me informed at all times and then after that I was ghosted. That ruined the entire experience for me because you could easily send an email saying I did not get the job rather than ghosting me. After calling and emailing me almost everyday.
