Interview process was spread over ~1 month. It started with a one-way video interview followed by a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, a 30-minute interview with CEO, a take home case study, 3 references, and 2 final 30-minute interviews. There were small issues here and there but my main issue with the process was that they asked me to have my references fill out a form online before the interview process was complete - I did two more interviews before getting rejected, with no idea if there'd have been more. It felt inconsiderate of my references' time.
