Our recruitment and interview process is rigorous in order to identify candidates who would be the best fit for our culture and organization (and also for our candidates to rigorously interview us back to understand if we are a fit for them as well). We understand that it can be time-consuming for candidates. Like other organizations, the current pandemic situation has required us to adapt and reassess, which affected the timing of our process during the past two months.
