I gave my resume in a university career fair and got an email within a week arranging a phone interview. No technical questions were asked. I don't know on what basis they decided, it was a 10 minute interview.

Thirty minute video interview, then a week to hear back from them. There wasn't much direction on what to expect during the interview, which made it difficult. Recruiters were not very responsive to my communications.
Started with a video interview in the first round that was mostly behavioral. Second round of interviews consisted of two 30 min interviews at Zillow. Questions were once again behavioral. My experience was less about me getting grilled with questions and more like a free flowing conversation.
