It was smooth and very quick. I have total 3 rounds of interview. Felt like a conversation and they were really helpful and transparent during the process. One is more about the technical and the other is about behavior. They also require a AI CodeSignal task as well before the interviews.

I was contacted by a recruiter and scheduled an interview. She was a no-show for the 1st interview. Later in the afternoon she text me and said she was having computer issues. She scheduled for the next day. We had a phone interview. She asked me to tell her about my last job. I explained I didn't have 3 years as an MLO, she immediately wanted to stop. I then asked her to explain how Zillow works, she did explain but said she would pass my info. but they wouldn't hire anyone without 3 years. I had heard otherwise or I wouldn't have applied.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process, started off with an initial phone screen with the recruiter and then back to back 30 minute interviews with managers and finally an AI simulation interview.
