The interview process was pretty clear cut. A recruiter reached out to me via phone and I had a preliminary screening. He then described the next, and final, step in the process as a 45-minute presentation and Q+A session, followed by a conversation with a Senior Manager. I put in hours of research and preparation into the presentation, delivered it with confidence, and enjoyed my conversation with the two junior employees with whom I interviewed. The rest of the experience went downhill FAST. The Senior Manager joined the video call early and read the final slide of my presentation -- a slide detailing real user testimonials and reviews on the Zillow Premier Agent product -- without any context. Unable to cope with legitimate feedback on the team they directly oversee, this began an unfairly contentious conversation where I was never given an fair interview.
