It was very simple and quick! I really appreciated the process to learn more about the role and company while they learned about me. There were several rounds but because of the speed between each, I never felt I was constantly waiting on a next step.

They asked scenario based questions to understand my communication style.
Received an email to set up a phone interview. Cleared the phone interview. Was moved to the final round with 3 employees which was scheduled 7 days out. From them was a recruiter, team manager, and a team lead. The interview session was split up in 3 back to back zoom sessions 30 minutes each. Also, prepared questions to ask them. Amazing people with lots of knowledge, skills and experiences. Got a great amazing company culture vibe from them. Learned a lot during interview. Heard back on hiring decision within 3 days.
Phone screening followed by one round of interviews by the hiring manager and two back to back interviews. It was an easy interview process and they were quick with their responses.
It was simple. I interviewed with 3 people after passing the preliminary call interview. They were all friendly. Willing to answer any question I had and open to making sure the process felt comfortable.
