The interview process with ZimVie was a pleasant and engaging experience. The process consisted of several interview stages, all conducted remotely. It started with an introductory conversation with my recruiter who reached out after only a few days of submitting my application. This was followed by a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager where we discussed ZimVie and the role more in-depth. From there, I had the pleasure of participating in two more rounds of interviews with various different members of the IT team. What stood out to me was that each round of interviews felt more like a great conversation as opposed to an assessment, allowing me to be more comfortable during the interviews and to get a feel for the company culture and what can be expected when working with the team. Throughout the interview process my recruiter was very communicative, quick to respond to any questions, and provided valuable feedback after each interview.
