Interview
Submit a resume and cover letter, initial phone screening and then a mock lesson. The final phase was to be given a lesson that has nothing to do with the subject you are going to teach (in this case the SAT) and only to be allowed a brief moment to prepare to explain the subject matter to the pretend student.
