Zone&Co. interview questions

I went through an extensive interview process that included five interviews, two work samples, and a 15–20 minute presentation for an individual contributor role. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The presentation prompt was sent after business hours on a Friday, with a deadline to present it by Monday, leaving little time to prepare. During the presentation, I was asked questions unrelated to the prompt, which made the process feel disorganized. After all that, I never received any follow-up or closure. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy and communication.

The interview process was clear, efficient, and well organized. From the initial recruiter screening to the final interviews, each step was professional and thoughtful, with timely updates, clear expectations, and a respectful, engaging experience throughout.
