We were taken through the sales floor to get a feel of the pace of the environment. Then we had our individual meetings with one of the sales managers. It was not too difficult.

Interview
There are usually 3 total interviews after the initial screening. You will have a manager, director and VP interview you. Very basic questions involving sales and problem solving. The questions are not difficult, but they will make you think about prior experience. Bringing in ammo that can display your sales and diagnostic skills will be helpful. Remember to ask questions along the way. They use QBS, question based selling, as their main selling approach.
