Great interview with recruiter. Next step was a clinical interview, I was told she would contact me this week regarding this. At this point recruiter had not seen my cv, so I sent it. Next I receive an email that "decided to pursue other candidates who appear to match our requirements more closely ." I have 30 years experience in multiple specialties, but even though I cut off my cv at 15 yrs, I think it was "ageism" which is alive and thriving in the workplace. At least they were quick and did not waste my time :-)
