The initial round is a phone interview with the hiring manager who is a Director. Then it followed with a video call with one of his peers who is also a Director. Then I have another round of video call with the hiring Director. Then followed by an interview with his manager who is the VP of Product. After all a week, I tried to follow up with two emails and a voicemail but received zero response. It just went dark on me.

Interview
I had an initial phone screening with a recruiter, which was very straight forward. We simply talked about my work background and skillset. From there the recruiter scheduled a virtual meeting interview with the hiring manager.

The interview with the hiring manager was very conversational. She mostly asked questions about working through project management challenges and we discussed the vision for ZoomCare's project/program roadmap.
