ZoomInfo Business Intelligence Analyst interview questions

I applied online and got a call from recruiter followed by 3 rounds of interview - Hiring Manager round, Technical round, Panel interview round. After 3rd interview I got ghosted by the recruiter even after following up a couple times. It is disrespectful to the candidate who invested so much time and effort in order to interview. At least an automated email will be appreciated and ghosting reflect a poor process.
