1) Phone screening with recruiter.
2) Phone interview with hiring manager (walked through my resume and dug into my relevant experience for the role).
3) Python coding exam (5 questions, basic, each solution was maybe 5 lines of code max).
4) "Virtual on-site" interview: 30 minute presentation on topic of my choice, 3 one-on-one interviews, and logic/puzzle portion.
5) Meeting with director. This was described as more of a meet-and-greet (I had already been told I would receive an offer), but it turned out to be a technical interview, which I was unprepared to do that day.
Overall it's a lot of time to commit for an interview. The recruiter was a bit unorganized, but very friendly and communicative.
I received phone call that I would receive an offer after the virtual on-site. About a week later, Zoox said they could no longer send me an offer "due to changing requirements". It was a horrible experience, and really tarnished my opinion of the company.
