Zoox has 200+ jobs open since December 2022. These are not evergreen postings. I interviewed for a job in the winter (HR screen, 2 calls, panel interview) and got told there was no match weeks later after repeated ghosting. Fast forward to July 2023 and guess what that job is still OPEN and so are all the other roles. This is not a skills mismatch problem with all the tech talent available. Warning: Zoox continues to interview folks but everything points to a hiring freeze and a disingenuous recruitment process. Trying to bring awareness to what should be considered an illegal hiring practice. Don't waste your time with Zoox.
