I originally had a phone interview with HR and learned details of the position, such as pay and benefits. This information was helpful when determining a salary range. The face-to-face interview was very casual. I met with two managers dressed in blue jeans. The questions asked were fairly typical of any interview. Following the interview, I was given a test to complete. Follow-up contact is a little slow from my experience.
