After submitting my application, the initial communication was an email interview of 4 questions asking about my interest in the company, the position, and my qualifying experience. Thereafter I had a phone interview with my primary contact, followed by a phone interview with the CEO. Then I was invited to the headquarters for an in-person interview with two executives and the CEO, which totaled 2 hours. During that time, I learned about ZOZI's culture and was given a tour of the office. The in-person interview was followed by another phone call with my primary contact. The final step of the interview process was a phone interview with the co-founder of ZOZI.
