A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn & completed the screening via Zoom. The red flags popped up immediately. The recruiter was weirdly adversarial, which made me question if this was indicative of the overall culture at Zscaler. I was eventually scheduled to meet with the hiring manager, and was handed off to a more senior person within talent acquisition. I never heard from the TA team after that. Not even an introduction from the new person I would be communicating with. The hiring manager interview went well, and I quite liked them, but I developed more concerns about what working at the company would look like. The TA team never followed up or sent a timeline for next steps. I reached out to state that I was withdrawing from consideration and still no reply.
