The interview was conducted online. There were two members of staff in the interview - one was relatively new graduate and the other was more senior. The process was fairly standard - soft skills questions and then technical questions. One thing I did note was that the two interviewers did not appear to know each other very well and were a bit awkward in their interactions with each other.
