The interview included several types of questions. First, there were questions about my CV and previous experience. I was also asked competency-based questions to assess my skills and behavior in past situations. In addition, there were hypothetical situational questions to evaluate how I would handle different scenarios. Finally, the interview included technical questions related to my area of expertise, with a particular focus on project management principles, methodologies, and practical experience.
Fue un proceso largo, de más de 2 meses y 6 entrevistas. Una con RRHH, otra con team leader, luego una prubea, defender la prueba, otra con directora y otra con CEO.
