The interview took almost an hour, and the recruiter was very informative and super helpful. A few days later, I received a voicemail from her asking for me to call her back. I called back, and she let me know that they decided to move on with other candidates. She provided me some tips on other positions that might be a better match for me with their company, and was super helpful. How many HR people are honestly going to do that for anyone? I appreciated her honesty and helpfulness. In today's world, recruiters will just ignore you and eventually send you an automated rejection letter. She was a super rarity, and I wish every HR person were like her. This process was by far the best HR experience I've ever had, even though it didn't result in an in-person interview.
